High potential and gifted education
Some students learn faster and more easily than others. These students may shine in creativity, thinking, leadership or sport.
At Rainbow Street Public School, we recognise potential and develop talent as we inspire gifted students and nurture them as individuals to excel. Tailored mathematics programs and authentic inquiry programs encourage thinking skills to build agile learners. Enriching opportunities support growth across academic, creative, social-emotional, and physical domains as we recognise and nurture the unique talents of every student.
Why choose us for your high potential or gifted child?
Promoting curious and creative thinkers
Out teachers use STEM to spark curiosity and engage students as critical and creative thinkers as they question and are ready to tackle challenges to solve problems.
Unlocking potential, inspiring brilliance
Our highly educated teachers actively assess and identify the specific learning needs of all high potential and gifted students, ensuring that every student is challenged and supported with learning that meet their unique needs.
Rich opportunities and activities
Enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom students abound as students participate in the creative arts, film making, robotics, sport, leadership and more.
Continuum of care
We support children to thrive by recognising the importance of the social and emotional development of the child as the foundation of building self-confidence and resilience to support engagement and academic performance.
What is high potential and gifted education?
